The journey to feeling energized, to get that zest for life like you had in your twenties and to just feel good again is much more than just eating fresh nutrient dense foods. This was the approach I first took as it was a less vulnerable way to get me started on my journey back to Holistic Health rather than diving into deeper issues like my inner voice. But this stuff is huge in so many ways and it doesn’t matter how much healthy food you eat, if you’re stressed because of low self esteem or frustration with life or your relationship, the resulting stress hormones that your body will produce won't allow you to digest food properly, reduce inflammation or heal effectively.
