Josh Coleman and Kenny Van Dyke have a combined 25 years experience as police officers and currently serve a Sheriffs Office in Northern California. They have a broad history of practical Use of Force experience and also enjoy training in mixed martial arts. Josh is a blue belt and Kenny is a brown.

They also are both instructors and board members for the California Force Instructors Association (CALFIA)
