A physician, Michael, who can talk to animals embarks on an adventure to find a legendary island with a young apprentice and a crew of strange pets. Each year, three brothers visit their grandfather, Ben, for the summer. He is highly skilled in ninjutsu, and for years he has trained the boys in his techniques.
