The Mayflower Hill Cemetery is a historic cemetery, established in the mid-1800s and located in Taunton, Massachusetts. There are a pretty good mixture of old and new headstones. But there’s one headstone in particular that has created a piece of lore in New England’s history. This headstone is known as “Her Vacant Chair”.
