Meditation is defined as the practice of thinking deeply or focusing one’s mind for an extended period of time. Though I don’t fully agree with this definition, the benefits I’ve experienced from meditation have been immense. These include but are not limited to decreased stress, a change in state, present and personal awareness, reduced anxiety, and so much more.
