I am going to dive into my takeaways from watching Ja Morant’s training videos.

Here are my initial thoughts and questions that popped into my head after wtching the video:

  1. Is the thing that makes Ja so good going to be one of the reasons he is going to deal with injuries throughout his career?
  2. Why don’t more skills coaches and strength coaches in our area work more closely together?
  3. If NBA players need to train in the weight room, why can it be so difficult to get middle school and high school hoopers to do the same?
  4. Where is his dad?
  5. What were his plyometrics?
  6. Why were there some movements not done to perfection?
  7. How can this process be broken down to those who are not millionaires or pro-hoopers?
