Spiritual awakening from a traumatic experience.

Paul Luftenegger was struck with tragedy when his dad took his own life in 2011. As one can imagine, that was a traumatic experience from which Paul feared he would never recover. But within that deep, dark place, Paul had a spiritual awakening and discovered his relationship with God. For the first time, he felt like he could see from within himself, something he had never experienced before.

His connection with God gave Paul the strength necessary for him to get through each day during the most challenging period of his life. One of the things that Paul did to cope with his dad’s suicide was to write music. He had a musical background as a child, but wasn’t something he nurtured as grew up.

“I made a promise to myself the day that my dad died that I would follow my heart, regardless of the outcome.”

- Paul Luftenegger (20:36 - 20:41)

The tragic event led to him re-kindling his love for music. Paul describes it as sitting at the piano and allowing God to make the music flow through him.. Since then, he has come a long way to become an acclaimed musician. He has been invited to bring his positive music and message of consciousness at the UN, he has been interviewed on syndicated radio, and he associates with some of the most influential spiritual leaders of today.

Through his music, Paul has discovered his life purpose in life, which is to help others with self-worth and self-love. To love yourself and understand your worth truly, you have to switch from the physical world to the metaphysical world as your guiding operating system.

The two worlds that exist simultaneously.

Paul believes that two different worlds exist simultaneously. There is the world of the physical, and the world of the metaphysical.

People that are aligned with more of the physical world tend to operate more from their head instead of their heart. The metaphysical world runs more on feeling than on logic. People in the spiritual world put their faith in their heart’s guidance even if it doesn’t make complete sense at the time, and they trust that the eventual outcome will be for the good of all. Of course, no one exists one hundred percent in either world, and they move back and forth. But it’s where you spend most of the time that will have a more significant impact on your life.

Paul made a commitment to listen to his heart, regardless of the outcome. Every time his heart whispered something he listened. That decision led him to finding his calling in life and meeting and working with some of the leading spiritual figures of our times like Louise Hay and Anita Murjani.

“The world will trigger us from time to time. Instead of giving in to fear, we should do our best to treat these situations as opportunities for growth.” - Paul Luftenegger (23:15 - 23:22)

Paul’s heart-centered journey wasn’t always comfortable. It took some time and effort for him to be able to trust his heart. But once he learned to trust his heart and follow it confidently, that’s when he found the healing power within himself, the potential that exists within all of us.
