Duality, the idea that two equal and opposite forces can coexist, has been plaguing my life! "Either this or that, it can't possibly be both!" I drive myself back and forth almost daily trying to come to terms with the fact that two contradictory things can be true. It's not something that comes easy,especially when thinking about the "oneness" of the universe.
