Lion's and Tigers and... negative self-talk? No bears in this episode lol but in today's episode I share a story from a magic show I was dancing in and how my inner thoughts and negative self-talk tried to take over. Oftentimes the internal dialogue happening in between our ears is such common place that we don't even realize how often it's occurring and how destructive some of that dialogue actually is.

I go over some tricks to recognize it and lowering the noise of doubt.
