S.etting Yourself Apart - Have all your facts together [date(s), time(s) and who you spoke with]

A.sk the Right Questions - Make sure you clarify what you expected and inquire if they are going to honor their promise to you as a customer. The person who is asking the questions is driving the conversation to the desired result.

L.and Them on the PERFECT Offering - This is simply what they promised you in the first place. Be firm but not rude.

E.xplain Your Value Proposition - Don't try to get a discount or get something for free.

S.et Up the Next Sale - Praise the company and/or individual. You never know...they just might reward you for it!
