This week we're discussing Difficult Patients! Katie Culligan and guest Tyler Herman share how these types of encounters differ (and often fun to portray) patients in encounters who are having difficulties, preventing the students from starting their medical care, and through the experience teaching the students how to navigate these situations.

Tyler Herman (he/him) is an actor, husband, director, doggie-daddy, teacher, brother, and proud Cancerian born and raised in the lands not ceded by the Nacotchtank peoples in what is currently known as Silver Spring, MD. He is currently recovering from a pandemic and teaching with Ford's Theatre, Imagination Stage, Montgomery College, and does SP work as well. Tyler plays board games with friends and his wife/partner-in-crime Sarah and adorable papichon Covi.
