We get real real with our friend Becca, who has worked in substance use treatment for over a decade. It's all of the things- crazy, tragic, beautiful, miraculous- a front row seat to miracles, but also to abuses of power and some major systems failures. Becca now works with a group practice and consulting firm that offers therapy and also supports behavioral health agencies maximize their effectiveness, which is very exciting (for her, for us, for you!).
