Poor mental health days is something EVERYONE experiences every once in a while. Some more than others. Today’s episode is encouragement to us all to fight the good fight on days when we experience “poor mental/emotional health” . Tips for overcoming: 1.Become self aware of the state you’re presently in whether good or bad 2. Decide which wolf you’ll feed in response the good wolf (speaking life over yourself, praying to God for help, finding comedy to help you laugh, etc) or bad wolf (over indulging in negative self talk, making the situation worse by listening to other negative things and music etc 3. Words of affirmation (affirm the rest of your day or night. 4. Shower/ bathe rinse the negativity off you let the water renew you and cleanse your mind soul and body. 5. Praise cut on your gospel and go up in the spirit 6. Pray 7. FIGHT!!!!!! Take your power back from the enemy!!! “Pharaoh, LET MY PEOPLE GO!!”
