Francesco Murgia, Head Bar at AXIS Bar @ Hilton Schiphol Amsterdam, has a long standing career in the hospitality industry. In the Netherlands he is well-known for the cocktail bar he owned in the Hague ("The Court"), which gave him the nickname The Judge.  He was just promoted to Head Bar, whilst he was working there for several years. He shares his passion for cocktails, and more importantly for creativity, story telling and... educating his staff. It is much more than just making tasteful drinks...
