This week I was joined by the lovely Louise. Louise's passion lies in EYFS and continuous provision. Louise is currently teaching a mixed Reception and Year 1 class. Also, Louise is the Early Years, Phonics and Reading Lead at her school.

Louise discusses continuous provision and how she implements it in her class, as well as how she baselines children and how she assesses them. Louise also discusses difficulties she faced in her NQT year.
