Lt Col Ajay Chaudhari, Veteran, PCC - ICF, Transformational Leadership Coach (ICF), Team Coach (ICF), EI Coach (ISEI, Colorado, USA) and Performance & Life Coach (NLP), has over three decades work experience in the areas of HR,Operations, Consulting, Coaching, Assessment Centres, Development Centres andTraining.
Ajay Chaudhari is an alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy and has rich experience across industries, including the defence, hospitality, manufacturing, ITES and educational industries. An MBA in HRM & PM, he has worked in theGeneral Management of companies in leadership roles in India and the Middle East. He has played key roles in the areas of Organisational Development, business growth, managing change & setting up new establishments.
