It’s Government policy and likely to have effects on coastal communities, marine tourism, fishing and shipping. We hear from the man from a fishing family who's investing €10m. Euro to stimulate communication about these developments because, he says, if it isn’t done properly, things will get fractious.

And in these times of strict travel restrictions we’ll be suggesting a way in which for 20 minutes you can travel around the oceans while considering your relationship with the sea.
