You see, I met Charly back in 2015 by total fluke. Not only was I unaware that I was meeting a lifelong friend, but also someone who would consistently share career advice with me whenever I needed it most. Charly's experience building her career in the HR space comes back to one consistent ethos: help people find jobs that suit them, and build a working culture that inspires them to grow.
