Robin spent 15 years as a trainer, educator, and social work manager in London before moving to Scotland in 1995. There, he founded the Findhorn Consultancy Service and later Open Circle Consulting. With broad experience across corporate, public, and nonprofit sectors, Robin specializes in facilitating deep personal and organizational development.

He is trained in various methodologies and integrates these approaches with innovative methods like Open Space and World Café to enhance group collaboration and intelligence.

For over 25 years, Robin has facilitated groups of all sizes, from small workshops to international conferences with hundreds of attendees. 

In this conversation Robin and I explore the concept of facilitation and the art of holding transformational group fields. We discuss the definition of a field, the role of a facilitator, and the emergence of group dynamics. The conversation covers the facilitator's journey, necessary skills, and decision-making in response to group fragmentation and emergent situations.
