Episode 5 Being Courageous: At the age of 16, Johanna took a leap of faith leaving her family behind in Venezuela she came to the UK after working and training with her father in his carpentry business. She learned English and became an accountant but did not like her job and was given a second chance in life and trained as a painter and decorator. She now owns her own business and has two apprentices working for her.
