While observing the situation regarding NBA superstar Ben Simmons, the great American philosopher Shaquille O'Neal stated "We can't confuse mental fortitude with mental health." No truer words have been spoken in a culture that currently glorifies those who don't do and don't accomplish because of their bravery to admit they are struggling with their mental health. Enjoy!
