This week I reflect back on what went right vs. wrong in my recent marathon experience - the climax of operation don't SHET yourself. You'll find out here if I was successful or not.

With the end of the running szn, so too does my other love, the golf szn, come to a close (really both continue, but in limited fashion during winter). Quickly recap my last round of and another meditation practice to help both games.
