Listen Later

Hello, I'm Katy Bradbury, a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Private Health Visitor and qualified nurse. I have worked in Women's Health, Maternal and Children's Health for many years.

Today's podcast is titled "The Digestive Series Part 4". In part 4 of this mini-series on digestive health for fertility, I talk about the significance of the large intestine for health and fertility. From its links to the immune system and inflammation to the microbiome, the estrobolome and the importance of poo, a huge amount is covered today, finishing with some really practical tips.

The information in this podcast does not constitute medical advice. What works for one person doesn't necessarily work for the next. Please consult a qualified professional if you have any questions concerning the conditions or medications mentioned in this episode. The information I provide in this podcast will be simplified as there are some quite complex issues spoken about, and I may only briefly touch upon things
