Terry is a bespoke learning designer, and the founder of 360 Learning Design. Through 360, he’s provided learning design solutions to organisations across the UK since 2005. Before setting up 360, he worked in various L&D roles in the NHS and small businesses. His passion is games-based learning and gamification in learning.

His learning design has won awards from Reed Learning, the Healthcare People Management Association and The NHS London Modernisation Agency.
