There is a difference between progress and leadership. Many people confuse getting things done with being a leader. It's not the same. In EP56 I talk about how it's easy to get lost between the two. It's great to accomplish tasks every day, but make sure they are focused on the common goal. Otherwise, you are just keeping busy.
