Shaddy has been a major player in the concept art world for many years now and his team at One Pixel Brush have been KILLING IT since their inception. I always wanted to talk art with him and try and break down his thinking on big jobs like working with Naughty Dog.  I love his energy and how excited he gets about art and the games industry (Kinda reminds me of someone :) So here it is in all it's glory!
