Today, we continue with our exposition of Titus, picking up in chapter 2 verse 14, which says that Christ “gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds.” We will try and cover this whole verse today and answer the fundamental question of why Jesus gave himself in order to redeem us and what that has to do with our zeal for good deeds.
