In the next episode I chat to Triona who talks me through her two pregnancies & births. Triona had two very different experiences, both in a hospital environment. She opted for an epidural with the birth of her little girl and thankfully she was up and walking quiet soon afterwards.It took her 7 months to conceive her little boy. Triona second experience was so animalistic. She was completely unaware that her body and mind were guiding her to prepare for labour and the birth of her baby. She went inwards, wanted quiet, comfort and warmth, everything you need to allow the love hormone to flow through your body.Triona wasn't examined in the hospital so it came as a huge surprise to everyone when it was discovered her little baby's head was crowning while she was on the labour ward. She was rushed down to delivery where she welcomed her little bit peacefully. He came into the world into quietly to soft hands and low voices.
