A business won't last long if the offerings are fatally flawed. What’s an offering? It can be a product, program or a service. For it to be successful, it must effectively meet the needs and desires of your ideal customer avatar, be profitable to your business,  and aligned to your business values. 

 

Reviewing your offerings on a regular basis is an important business practice.
