With volatile midterms weeks away, and the holidays right on the heels, we see more and more people struggling to have difficult conversations about racism, sexism and other forms of discrimination. Very often these become intense disagreements, drawn in party lines, or instead are people opt for staying silent, and ignoring the elephants in the room, which feels inauthentic and hopeless.
