Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
There are so many of us walking around with crater sized emotional wounds from past storms. Denial, fear, avoidance, or covering it up doesn't serve us - in fact, it can destroy us. Today is a must listen for those of us with wounds that need healing so that we can live in the joy and peace and fullness of what God has for us. And if I can be frank - so we can get next level and chase those God sized dreams too.
