Adoption? Naaaa, Relinquished.

I was relinquished (given up) as an infant.

Here is my story. My biggest trauma wound and my biggest healing and blessing.

In this episode; I share the backstory and my story from knowing this truth about my life to finding out it was a lie when I was in grade school. Talk about my whole world crashing, eh?

I share the feelings and the manifestation of living through being unwanted, unloved, and unheard to stepping into the deepest of my wound and living through healing and feeling wanted, loved, and heard deep in my bones.

I've been wanting to share this for a while, just didn't really know how.

I want to share this to raise awareness on this whole adoption perspective, to raise awareness on the stories of the adoptees, I want to share this because I know how hard it could be to work on our inner shadows, but to encourage that you too can do the work.

I share this to share further about The Rubenfeld Synergy and therapy. I share to take away the stigma of therapy, and to share that whatever deep wound you have, that you're not alone!
