Emotions are part of the human experience and they bring profound messages to the surface when they arise. Despite the suppressed emotional culture of today, it's extremely important to face the emotions as they come up and give them time to communicate the density that is begging to be released.
Emotions are always on our side, they are always trying to point us to the next phase of emotional evolution - if only we could take the time to pause, be still, listen to what they have to say, and lovingly release the imprints/density connected to them.
