Today I will go over how to install brighter ELS for FiveM.

1. Download the file from here Better Visuals - Visuals & Data FIle Modifications - LCPDFR.com

*Link works only on PC

2. Once downloaded open FiveM file location

3. Go to application data then your common folder and then data

4. Copy the visualsettings.dat file and paste into your data folder you opened within the application data & common sub-folder

5. Go into FiveM and change PostFX to Ultra and the rest of your settings to Normal or High.(recommended)

*Note without PostFX on Ultra the lights are still dim, with PostFX on ultra be aware photosensitivity may become possible especially with All-Blues at night

6. You will have to restart your FiveM-GTA 5 after the settings have been changed.
