Being a leader is about a mindset and behaviors. It's about how you show up and the impact you have on the people who 'follow' you. It's not about a title or manager duties.

I can confidently call myself a leader. I believe I possess the mindset that leads to actions of leadership. We all have that within us! I thought it would be fun to share the top four things that I love about being a leader with you - hoping to inspire you to think about what you love most! When we celebrate this - we will more likely to bring more of it to the world. The world needs more awesome leaders!
