The second show in our Lore of the Battlefield series, Episode 60 focuses on a story that has been floating around since 1960. Not one, but two well-respected historians perpetuated the myth, one that spoke poorly of our Allied sailors. The second historian was even called out by a veteran who survived the landings on Omaha.
