As I get ready to spend quality time with my family for the holidays and give my brain the white space it needs, I’m reflecting on a simple yet powerful idea: God wants you to ask for more. 

I think about my daughter, how much I love her, and how I want her to have everything. I know that I could never hold anything back from her as long as it was good for her. That’s how God’s love works. His capacity to love is so much greater than our own.
