Today we are going to focus on how to not get lost in the weeds, or if you feel yourself veering off into them, how to pull yourself out of it and keep you on track, and that is by setting long term goals and creating SIMPLE plans to achieve them. In order to do that, we’ll be covering four key areas: creating goals, high impact/low effort CORE values which will get you to those goals, forecasting and budgeting, and building short-term goals to hit your long term one.
