Do you have your word(s) for the year? Well, let’s regroup and put our new year goals and aspirations in place. Notice I did not say resolutions. Do you know why? Because, the problem is that many people set these bodacious resolutions that are sometimes very unrealistic, and they don't follow through on them. The key is if you were not doing any of those things in the previous year, how are you going to magically bite off such a big resolution in the new year? So here is our recommendation……….
Start with simple keywords that can drive your focus on whatever goals you may have. Also, be ready to evolve, because the words you start with in the new year may not be the same words you end the year with or more words may be added. It’s beauty in motion!
