"The most important voice you can hear is your own."      It's so easy these days to be distracted so we can't hear our own voice and to compare ourselves to everyone else thinking their path is the path we should be on.      The key is to learn to begin listening to your own voice. To listen to what you need, who you are and what you want and then carve the path that's true for you.      If you want to feel your best, get in connection with yourself.     "When you're so attuned to everyone else, you don't know how to attune to yourself."     In this episode, I'm sharing how my personal journey of being a people pleaser has helped me choose to be a me-pleaser in this next chapter of my life.    When you build a relationship with yourself that's true and honest, you no longer need to look outside of yourself for the answers. You start to trust yourself and know that you have what you need to move forward for you.
