Our jobs, our leadership roles, our businesses and our lives can be complex. There is alwasy so much to do and our time is demanded in a variety of ways. It can be easy to lose sight of why we are doing what we are doing in the first place!

When we are out of alignment with our why, our values and/or our purpose - we might experience frustration, dissatisfaction and even burnout.

When we allow ourselves space to shut down...give our calendars and our brains a break...we start to get clear, regain alignment and make decisions from a clean space.

It's rebooting at it's finest.
