This week's guest is Bethany Aquilina Brez. She is the Managing Director of Strategic Execution at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation. Listen as she talks about how a trip to Russia when she was a Freshman in High School set her on the trajectory she is following in regard to the challenges and opportunities around the world.  

Bethany and I met working at the Millennium Challenge Corporation together and having the opportunity to try and solve some great challenges in how we run the business. When I first met her, I was struck by her focus on solving problems and how she interacted and collaborated with whoever was needed to get the job done.
