In Episode 67 of The Staffroom Podcast, Chey and Pav talk about their #OneWord fo 2021: AMPLIFY!

They start the episode by reflecting on their One Word for 2020, which was "US," and then dive into the importance of the word Amplify. What it means for them as a team, what it means for them as individuals. They talk about how Amplification can manifest within their buildings with the teachers they work with and the students they teach. They also discuss the different ways that people can Amplify their message - first, beginning with the message itself.
