Have you ever heard of the iceberg analogy? Imagine you, the leader, as an iceberg. There is only a small percentage of that iceberg that others see. You are generally in control of what that is. But there is so much magic beneath the water line. The rest of that iceberg is vast, mysterious and sometimes untapped.

Everything beneath the surface is what fuels how we show up above the surface. And it deserves attention and intention.
