Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.) is a nonprofit workforce development organization based in Cleveland, Ohio that serves teens and young adults ages 14-24 living in economically distressed areas in Northeast Ohio. We welcomed president and CEO Craig Dorn to discuss how Y.O.U. has put teens and young adults on the path to economic self-sufficiency for 40 years. This path includes services to help secure a participants first summer job or internship, and continued guidance throughout all the stages of their early professional career.
