Toddler meltdowns can really make a mom feel defeated, especially when the power struggles start to happen. Telling your toddler to do something he doesn't want to do can quickly turn into a raging battle of yelling, "NO!" back and forth, which is SOO fun. I kid!
In this episode, I share a useful tip to help avoid power struggles in your home. It actually involves giving up some control! Yes, even small humans need to have some control; you will quickly find that when your toddler has some control in how a task gets done, she will be more likely to comply without arguments.
