The seasons are changing and so is the musical landscape in which we are trying to thrive. Moving away from the summer festivals we discuss pre-Christmas plans, release schedules and why now is the best time to start a band. Also, a guilty admission leads to a deep dive into comparison, resentment of other musicians and competitiveness as a tool or a curse.
