Welcome back! Today we will be chatting about marketing from a corporate perspective with, Scott Ball, VP of Global Sales and Marketing for Fisher Manufacturing. Scott has so much knowledge in the world of marketing, and not just digital marketing but in person, face to face marketing as well as so much more.
Scott has been with Fisher for over 4 years, after having spent over 30 years selling in the food service industry. He handles all sales, functions for the company which includes managing over 32 Rep firms both domestically as well as international and working with their 150 rep sales people ensuring they are trained on Fisher products and managing the sales to their respective dealers. He manages all of the marketing needs for Fisher, which includes their website, brochures, social media and digital media. And finally, he manages the Customer Service team to ensure they are handling the needs of Fisher customers as well as managing the order entry process.
