Democratic theorist and political commentator, David Moscrop shares his views on the state of our democracy. David is also an author, with his first book coming out in March entitled, "Too Dumb for Democracy?". He is a contributing columnist for the Washington Post, while also providing political commentary on television and radio, covering Canadian and American politics.
