Sometimes we find ourselves in a perpetual state of despair because of our pattern of behavior. We do things that are sometimes contradictory to what we say and what we believe.

Take a listen as I share how and why I need to check my heart. Having heart checks are necessary in our walk with God as our heart is the seat of our emotions which drives our actions. So we need to check it!!
